What types of properties can you clear?

We clear everything from small flats to large family homes, including lofts, garages, sheds, and commercial premises. Whether it’s a full house clearance or just a few bulky items, we tailor our service to your clearance.

Can you provide a quote before starting?

Absolutely — we offer free, no-obligation quotes. We’re happy to visit the property or assess photos you send us to give an accurate price. Our rates are transparent, with no hidden fees.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fantastic question. It’s one of the most important things to know when choosing a clearance service. Naturally, Clearance Heroes are fully licensed and have £5M of public liability insurance.

Where does everything go?

We prioritise recycling and reuse to avoid landfill. We are licensed to use commercial recycling centres. Your clearance will be delivered to one of our frequent recycling management centres in Kent and London. We aim to be as eco-friendly and ethical as possible.

Do you handle probate or bereavement clearances?

Yes, we’re experienced in sensitive clearances following bereavement. We handle these with care, compassion, and professionalism — and we’re happy to work with solicitors or family representatives as needed. We often work with clients who live far away or can’t be there in person. As long as we can access the property safely, we’ll carry out the work and provide updates, photos, and an inventory if needed.
